Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Account Executive in Tucson, AZ to execute our sales strategy and grow market share by developing referral sources and educating the medical community on home health and hospice services.

You will serve as the primary customer service contact for referral sources, conduct sales calls and in-services, and align solutions with client needs while working within a defined budget. The role offers growth and development opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Driver's license and reliable vehicle or access to transportation.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Solid computer skills in Microsoft Outlook and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with target referral sources to grow care deployment.
• Implement, manage, and document consistent sales activities with multiple contacts in each referral source.
• Understand customer needs to provide customized solutions and earn referrals.
• Expand community awareness of services and solutions.
• Serve as liaison between referral sources, patients/families, and agencies.
