Job summary

Heart of Hospice, part of LHC Group, is seeking an Account Executive to execute the sales strategy, grow market share, educate the medical community on services, and manage referral relationships within budget.

You will serve as the liaison between referral sources, patients and families, and our agencies, building strong partnerships and delivering customized solutions while advancing the organization’s growth and service reach.

Qualifications

• Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance; access to a dependable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Execute the sales strategy to increase market share through account development and educating the medical community on services provided.
• Serve as the customer service representative for all home health or hospice referral sources, including sales calls and community education.
• Build and maintain relationships with target referral sources to drive growth and referrals.
• Document and manage consistent sales activities with multiple contacts in each referral source.
• Act as a liaison between referral sources, patients/families, and agencies to coordinate care.
