Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Hospice Account Executive in Indiana to drive admissions and expand patient census within a defined territory. This outside-sales role focuses on marketing clinical programs and outcomes to healthcare professionals and families in the community.

You will work with a broad range of medical professionals to connect Elara Caring’s in-home care services with eligible patients, delivering growth through relationship-building and strategic referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred.
• Post acute or DME sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as with teams.
• Proven sales acumen with proven results.
• Demonstrates an understanding of how referral sources decide and who makes decisions.
• Strong problem solving to meet patient and business needs.
• Comfortable engaging with healthcare professionals at all levels.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and auto insurance.
