Commercial Potting Soil Producer in Florida seeks a dynamic Sales Representative to expand market share and service a broad client base across the state. The hybrid role blends field travel with regional office duties, requiring routine travel from Central Florida to Homestead and strong horticultural knowledge.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in sales within horticulture or agriculture, a valid Florida license, and excellent B2B negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of sales or operational experience with a firm background in horticulture, commercial agriculture, greenhouse production, or plant/soil science.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Central and South Florida.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Visit existing commercial nurseries, tree farms, and agricultural operations throughout Florida to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify and establish new B2B commercial accounts from Central Florida down through Homestead.
• Strategically map and execute regional travel schedules to optimize field time and client face-time.
• Balance field travel with office time at Groveland and Avon Park facilities to process orders, generate quotes, and coordinate with production teams.
• Provide technical soil recommendations tailored to grower crop needs.
