Griffin Greenhouse Supplies, Inc. is hiring a Sales Representative to grow our wholesale/retail horticulture business. You will build client relationships, present premium products, negotiate pricing, and manage order entry with a focus on meeting sales targets across a regional territory.

The role requires 2–3 years of sales experience in horticulture or agriculture, a high school diploma, and strong communication and negotiation skills. A bonus for related degree and CRM familiarity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A degree in Business, Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field is a bonus.
• 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in horticulture or agriculture.
• Proven success in hitting sales targets and working with wholesale/retail customers.
• A passion for horticulture and industry trends.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with CRM software and order systems.
• Organized, self-motivated, and ready to hustle!

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and drive sales of premium horticultural products.
• Meet and exceed sales targets across wholesale and retail accounts.
• Present products, negotiate pricing, and prepare contracts as needed.
• Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
• Travel region to meet new and established clients, expanding the customer base.
