Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Experience creating, editing, and publishing video content.
• Proficiency with major social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Experience updating and managing website content using Squarespace.

Responsibilities

• Create, capture, and edit high-quality video content for social media, website updates, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Photograph flower varieties, greenhouse operations, employees, company events, and behind-the-scenes production activities.
• Manage and grow social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop content calendars, campaign ideas, social media posts, blogs, website copy, and marketing materials aligned with brand goals.
• Maintain and update website content using Squarespace.
• Collaborate with growers and operations teams to tell compelling stories about products, people, growing practices, and company culture.
