Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a creative marketer to handle diverse duties across social media, content creation, photography/videography, and digital marketing. You will design promotional materials, update websites and landing pages, and support campaigns and events.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment. A 2+ year marketing background or a Marketing degree with internships is desired.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with relevant internship experience.
• Strong social media and content creation skills.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Photography and videography skills.
• Basic website management/design experience, such as Squarespace or similar platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and project management abilities.
• Someone creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage engaging social media content.
• Capture and edit photography and video content.
• Design brochures, digital materials, presentations, signage, and promotional pieces.
• Maintain and update website content and landing pages.
• Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Assist with digital advertising and brand initiatives.
• Track social media, website, and campaign performance.
• Research trends, competitors, and new marketing opportunities.
• Support trade shows, events, customer visits, and promotional activities.
• Partner with other departments and provide additional customer support during busy seasons.
