Job summary

Requirements include 2+ years in ag marketing or related degree with internship, strong social media and content creation skills, and basic Canva/Adobe design. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with direct-hire status.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing experience in agriculture OR a bachelor’s degree in a creative field with relevant agriculture internship experience.
• Strong social media management and content creation skills.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Photography and videography experience.
• Self-motivated, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, catalogs, and product launches.
• Create and manage engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
• Capture and edit photography and videos for marketing and promotions.
• Design brochures, catalogs, advertisements, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Maintain the company website and support email marketing, digital advertising, and SEO.
• Track campaign performance, website analytics, and social media engagement.
• Research market trends and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer visits.
• Assist with customer order entry and administrative support as needed.
