Job summary

Stratton Mountain Resort is seeking a Homeowners' Lounge Supervisor for a full-time seasonal role. The position oversees Stratton's private Homeowners' Lounge, ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained environment for homeowners and guests, in coordination with the Clubhouse Manager.

Starting pay is $22.00–$23.00/hour, with weekend and peak-season availability required. Experience in hospitality and supervisory roles is preferred, with strong communication and leadership skills to manage lounge

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or similar guest-facing environment.
• Previous supervisory experience, preferred

• Confidence guiding a team and managing busy periods

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lounge operations, ensuring a welcoming, clean, organized, and well-presented environment for homeowners and their guests
• Monitor lounge access, ensure homeowner eligibility requirements and lounge policies are consistently followed
• Adress homeowner and guest inquiries with professionalism and sound judgement
• Supervise day-to-day direction, training, and support to lounge attendants
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation and readiness of lounge spaces throughout operating hours
• Monitor inventory supply levels, communicate replenishment needs and assist with ordering or restocking
• Assist with homeowner events, special activities, and other lounge responsibilities as assigned

The Homeowners' Lounge Supervisor oversees the daily operations of Stratton's private Homeowners' Lounge, ensuring a welcoming, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for homeowners and their guests. This position provides direction and support to lounge attendants and maintains consistent standards of hospitality, cleanliness, safety, and service. The Supervisor works closely with the Clubhouse Manager to support an exceptional lounge experience. This is a full-time seasonal role with a starting rate of $22.00 - $23.00/hour.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
