Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a part-time seasonal Homeowners’ Lounge Attendant at Stratton. You will help create a welcoming, well-maintained space for homeowners and guests, serving as a go-to source for resort information and lounge operations.

The role emphasizes friendly service, clean environments, and the ability to handle evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. The starting wage is $20 per hour, with ongoing recruitment through December.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Previous front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs on a regular and repeating basis.

Responsibilities

• Extend a warm and friendly greeting to all arriving and departing guests/owners.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting lounge environment throughout the day, including clearing and cleaning tables, tidying common areas, and restocking supplies.
• Respond to homeowner questions and concerns professionally, seeking assistance or escalating issues when appropriate.
• Build positive relationships with homeowners through friendly interactions, attentive service, and a welcoming demeanor.
• Additional duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Homeowners’ Lounge Attendant helps create a welcoming, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for Stratton homeowners and their guests. This position creates a welcoming environment while supporting the daily operation, cleanliness, and presentation of the private Homeowners’ Lounge. The Attendant serves as a point of contact for general resort information, monitors lounge access, and helps ensure a positive and consistent experience for those using the space. This is a part-time seasonal role with a starting wage of $20 an hour Recruitment for this role will be ongoing through December.
