Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking an experienced service coordinator to work directly with homeowners, evaluate situations, complete minor repairs, and schedule work with trade partners. The role requires 2+ years of related experience, computer proficiency, and the ability to learn scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience and/or training in service coordination or a similar role.
• Proficient with scheduling tools; able to learn new scheduling software quickly.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license.

• Interact with homeowners to evaluate service requests and coordinate timely responses.
• Complete minor repairs where appropriate and schedule work with trade partners and vendors.
• Ensure requests are handled promptly and professionally, maintaining quality standards.

Must be computer proficient or have the capacity to learn how to efficiently operate our scheduling tools. Bachelor’s degree a plus. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
