Defense-technology company is seeking an Engagement Manager for Homeland Security programs. This role owns end-to-end execution of signed contracts, serving as the primary point of contact during delivery, coordinating across supply chain, finance, and engineering, and ensuring training and invoicing are completed on time.

Qualifications

• Five to twelve years of experience in engagement management or related roles.
• Experience with Homeland Security agencies and fielding equipment/training.
• Proactive cross-functional coordination across supply chain, finance, and engineering.

Responsabilités

• Own execution of signed contracts end to end from award through completion.
• Serve as the customer's primary point of contact during delivery.
• Coordinate across supply chain, finance, and engineering to move the contract without direct authority.
• Ensure training and capability delivery are scheduled and executed on time.
• Own invoicing and commercial administration of the contract.
• Identify gaps and obstacles before they become the customer’s problem and address them quietly.
• Surface and land follow-on business within accounts by expanding scope.
