Qualifications

• Five to twelve years of professional experience in DHS-related programs.
• Experience with DHS components and fielding equipment.
• Proactive cross-functional operator who coordinates without direct authority.
• Excellent communicator across engineering, finance, and client teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of signed contracts.
• Serve as primary customer contact during deployment.
• Coordinate across supply chain, finance, and engineering.
• Ensure training and capability delivery is scheduled and executed.
• Manage invoicing and contract administration.
• Identify gaps and resolve issues before they impact the customer.
• Surface follow-on opportunities within assigned accounts.
