Job summary

Dynamis, Inc. is seeking a Senior Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to build and sustain trusted relationships across the FSLTTIP community, drive adoption of HSIN products, and manage the stakeholder lifecycle—all in a remote, nationwide capacity.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience, exceptional communication and change-management skills, and U.S. citizenship with DHS suitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience leading teams and identifying stakeholders' business needs.
• Strong communication, change management, and stakeholder mobilization skills.
• Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships and manage expectations.
• US citizenship and DHS suitability background checks.
• US residency for at least three of the past five years.
• Must pass DHS E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with HSIN stakeholders to inform and build trust.
• Explain Drupal-based HSIN platform capabilities and gaps to users.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through consultation and negotiation.
• Develop outreach approaches across homeland security environments.
• Coordinate stakeholder participation in HSIN communications and events.
• Document stakeholder communications and metrics in HELM.
• Support meetings, briefings, webinars, and demonstrations nationwide.
• Assist planning exercises and training for government stakeholders.
• Contribute to the HSIN Strategic Stakeholder Engagement Plan.
