Qualifications

• Five to twelve years of relevant experience.
• Agent or officer experience in a DHS component.
• A proactive cross-functional operator across supply chain, finance, and engineering.
• Excellent communicator with engineers, finance, and customers.
• Ability to identify gaps and priorities without direction.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of signed contracts.
• Serve as the customer's primary contact during delivery.
• Coordinate across supply chain, finance, and engineering.
• Ensure training and capability delivery are scheduled and executed on time.
• Own invoicing and the commercial administration of the contract.
• Identify gaps and resolve issues before they affect the customer.
• Land follow-on business through additional training and units.
