Job summary

Beazer Homes is seeking a New Home Counselor to be the face of the brand, guiding customers from the model home to keys with an elevated, seamless experience. You will build relationships, educate buyers on Beazer’s offerings, and coordinate with teams to achieve monthly sales goals while maintaining model homes and providing exceptional customer care throughout the process.

Strong communication, energy, and organizational skills are essential, along with CRM proficiency and basic mortgage

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required in the state of employment.
• 3+ years of proven success in sales or customer service preferred.
• Where required, a valid Real Estate license for state of operation.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Excite, engage, and educate prospective and current customers about Beazer’s offerings via calls, emails, texts and events.
• Provide the highest level of customer care throughout the full sales and closing cycle.
• Demonstrate mastery of Beazer Homes products and differentiators.
• Visit competitor communities and use market data to perform a Competitive Market Analysis.
