Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in real estate or homebuilding, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and be proficient in Salesforce and CRM software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in homebuilding, real estate, mortgage, or related field.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the buyer’s point of contact from execution of Purchase Agreement through construction and closing.
• Drive backlog management by proactively reaching out to homebuyers.
• Ensure all sales files and documents are complete and compliant.
