Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Homebuyer Concierge to manage the buyer journey from purchase through closing. You will serve as the main liaison, delivering a polished customer experience, coordinating schedules, and guiding buyers through mortgage, title, and construction milestones.

The role requires organizational prowess and CRM proficiency in a fast-paced real estate environment. Onsite presence is expected, with occasional events.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and onsite events as needed.
• Proficient with CRM systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for homebuyers, providing warm, proactive updates and addressing questions.
• Maintain data accuracy for interactions, closing dates, and documentation in the CRM.
• Coordinate with Construction, Mortgage, Title, and Sales teams to facilitate timely closings and issue resolution.
