Job summary

Lennar seeks a Homebuyer Concierge to deliver a high-touch homebuying experience from purchase through closing. You will act as the primary liaison between Homebuyers and the builder, ensuring satisfaction, accuracy, and smooth communication throughout the journey.

You’ll manage closing schedules, educate buyers on mortgage and title processes, and coordinate with Construction, Mortgage, Title and Sales teams to support timely closings. A real estate license and flexible hours are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least one year of experience supporting a real estate sales team.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including on-site with homeowners or off-site events.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to navigate real estate and residential construction processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in using AI-augmented software to streamline documentation and manage the customer journey.
• Hold or obtain a valid Real Estate License where licensing is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary, customer-first point of contact, providing warm and consistent updates.
• Educate buyers on mortgage, title, closing journey and construction expectations.
• Conduct regular check-ins to provide progress updates and celebrate key milestones through closing day.
• Coordinate communication between Homebuyers and internal partners (Construction, Mortgage, Title, and Sales).
• Independently manage complex issues, including appraisal challenges and loan denials.
• Participate in weekly backlog meetings to audit home statuses and mitigate delays.
