Job summary

Lennar Homebuyer Concierge in Schaumburg, IL, delivers a high-touch, proactive homebuying experience from Purchase through Closing. You act as the single point of contact between homebuyers and the builder, ensuring satisfaction, accuracy, and seamless communication.

Responsibilities include driving updates, educating buyers on mortgage and closing processes, and coordinating with Construction, Mortgage, Title, and Sales to keep closings on track.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least one year of experience supporting a real estate sales team preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑quality customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including occasional on-site attendance with homeowners.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to navigate real estate/construction processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM platforms.
• Experience with digital communication tools and AI-augmented software to streamline documentation.
• Hold or obtain a valid Real Estate License where required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary, customer-first point of contact, providing warm updates via multiple channels.
• Educate buyers on mortgage, title, closing journey, and construction expectations.
• Conduct regular check-ins to provide progress updates and resolve concerns through closing day.
• Maintain 100% data integrity for customer interactions, closing dates, and documentation in the CRM.
• Generate and execute post‑agreement addenda; verify all closing requirements.
• Guide homebuyers to use the Lennar App as the central hub for their closing journey.
• Coordinate communication between Homebuyers and internal teams (Construction, Mortgage, Title, Sales).
• Manage complex issues (appraisal challenges, loan denials, scheduling) and mitigate delays.
• Participate in weekly backlog meetings to audit home statuses.
