Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the sales team in creating a world-class home buying experience. The role involves generating leads, taking applications over the phone, and assisting the sales team and general manager to drive sales at the home center.

You will prospect customers through multiple channels, greet visitors, and schedule deliveries while maintaining an organized, professional environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prospect for customers using marketing methods (web, signage, flyers).
• Set appointments and field ad calls; greet prospects at the retail location.
• Answer inquiries and demonstrate homes to prospects with feature-benefit sales pitch.
• Convert prospects to Sales Professionals/Manager when applicable; coordinate deliveries and services.
• Follow-up with customers through various contact methods; support sales team and manager.
