Clayton Retail is hiring a Sales Assistant to support the sales team in creating a world-class home buying experience. You will generate leads, take phone applications, and set appointments, helping prospects and customers throughout the home buying journey at a Clayton home center.

The role emphasizes phone rapport, organization, reliability, and teamwork, with a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to obtain any required licensing.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect for customers using marketing methods (web, signage, flyers).

• Greet prospects visiting the retail location and demonstrate homes.
• Coordinate turnover to sales professionals/managers.
• Schedule setup, delivery and service-related items.
• Follow up with customers through various methods.
• Maintain office and home display areas.
• Collaborate with manager and protect company assets.
• Participate in meetings and events; support sales team.
