Job summary

Grand Homes in Allen, TX, is seeking a Warranty Representative to manage homeowner warranty service requests from intake to completion. You will work with homeowners, field staff, vendors, subcontractors, and trades to ensure timely service, quality repairs, and homeowner satisfaction.

The role covers scheduling, documentation, and coordination of repairs across residential communities, with visits to homes and daily Corrigo updates.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organization, scheduling, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple service requests and deadlines.
• Ability to effectively coordinate with homeowners, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Residential construction, warranty, or home services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and manage homeowner service requests.
• Coordinate repair work with homeowners, field personnel, vendors, subcontractors, and trades.
• Complete service requests within seven calendar days.
• Maintain accurate service records and update Corrigo daily.
• Schedule homeowner appointments and repair work.
• Enter appointments into Outlook and ensure completed requests are properly closed.
• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and trades to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Communicate non-warrantable items and required documentation to the appropriate parties.
