About the Role

The Warranty Representative manages homeowner warranty service requests and coordinates repairs from start to finish. This position works with homeowners, field personnel, vendors, subcontractors, and trades to ensure timely service, quality repairs, and homeowner satisfaction.

Location: Prosper, Denton, Iriving, Frisco areas

Key Responsibilities

Homeowner & Warranty Service

• Conduct Buyer Orientations and scheduled homeowner Courtesy Visits.
• Receive, document, and manage homeowner service requests.
• Review requests against closing dates and the warranty manual to determine coverage.
• Coordinate repair work with homeowners, field personnel, vendors, subcontractors, and trades.
• Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure repairs meet Grand Homes' quality standards.
• Complete service requests within seven (7) calendar days.
• Maintain accurate service records and update Corrigo daily.
• Communicate non-warrantable items and required documentation to the appropriate parties.

Scheduling & Administration

• Schedule homeowner appointments and repair work.
• Maintain service request documentation and required paperwork.
• Enter appointments into Outlook and ensure completed requests are properly closed.
• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and trades to ensure timely completion of repairs.
