Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Greater Sacramento is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to guide customers through post-sale steps and manage after-hours scheduling. You will coordinate between Design Consultants, homeowners, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely appointments for Measure Technicians.

You will communicate clearly, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting evenings and weekend shifts and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to installation.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, data entry, administrative support, or a related role preferred.
• Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and organizational.
• Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel.
• The ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities.
• A calm, friendly, solution-focused approach with customers.
• A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in where needed.
• Ability to manage multiple scheduling requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn scheduling/CRM platforms (rForce/Salesforce).
• A high school diploma or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Schedule in-home Measure Technician appointments after a sale.
• Coordinate between Design Consultants, homeowners, and internal teams during evening and weekend hours.
• Receive and process scheduling requests from field staff.
• Confirm appointment times and details with homeowners.
• Enter and update scheduling information in systems like rForce and Salesforce.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust calendars as needed.
• Maintain accurate calendars, schedules, and customer records.
• Ensure clear communication between sales and operations teams.
• Support timely scheduling during evening and weekend shifts.
• Help ensure a smooth transition from sales to installation planning
