Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Sacramento is seeking a part-time Customer Care Coordinator to guide homeowners through the post-sale scheduling phase. You will schedule in-home Measure Technician visits, coordinate with Design Consultants, homeowners, and internal teams during evenings and weekends, and ensure accurate scheduling data in our CRM systems.

The role emphasizes organization, clear communication, and a calm, customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, data entry, administrative support, or a related role preferred.
• Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and organizational
• Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel
• The ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities
• A calm, friendly, solution-focused approach with customers
• A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
• Ability to manage multiple scheduling requests in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn scheduling/CRM platforms (such as rForce and Salesforce)
• A high school diploma or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Schedule in-home Measure Technician appointments after a sale is completed.
• Serve as the main point of coordination between Design Consultants, homeowners, and internal teams during evening and weekend hours.
• Communicate with homeowners to confirm appointment times and details.
• Enter and update scheduling information in systems such as rForce and Salesforce.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and make adjustments as needed.
