Job summary

Best Buy is seeking an In-Home Installation Technician to deliver, install, integrate, and troubleshoot a range of tech products in customers’ homes. You will discuss lifestyle needs, recommend solutions, and collaborate with Geek Squad Agents and partners to meet strategic initiatives.

You will handle delivery, installation, networking and troubleshooting, take the lead on two-person jobs, and manage inventories, paperwork, and safety protocols while upholding Best Buy standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months of consumer electronics delivery, installation, integration and troubleshooting experience.
• 6 months of customer service experience.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lb (with/without accommodation) and up to 250 lb with a team and support tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless customer experience by advising and fulfilling on lifestyle recommendations regarding products and services.
• Fulfill delivery, installation, integration, networking and troubleshooting of consumer electronics devices.
• Lead two-person jobs and perform other work solo when needed.
• Manage inventory, vehicle maintenance, paperwork, payment, and safety compliance.
