Qualifications

• 6 months of consumer electronics delivery, installation, integration and troubleshooting experience.
• 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must have current, valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record which meets Best Buy safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless customer experience by advising on product and service recommendations.
• Conduct delivery, installation, integration, and troubleshooting of devices.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance, and process paperwork and payment.
