Job summary

Best Buy is seeking an In-Home Installation Technician to deliver, install, integrate, and troubleshoot home electronics and smart home products in customers' homes. You will advise on lifestyle tech solutions and work with Geek Squad agents and partners to meet company goals.

You’ll handle two-person or solo jobs, manage inventory and paperwork, and uphold safety standards while providing a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of consumer electronics delivery, installation, integration and troubleshooting experience.
• 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and ability to meet safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless customer experience by advising and fulfilling on lifestyle recommendations regarding products and services.
• Perform delivery, installation, integration, networking and troubleshooting of consumer electronics devices.
• Take the lead on two-person jobs and perform other work alone.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance, process paperwork and payment, and follow safety guidelines.
