Job summary

Best Buy is looking for an In-Home Installation Technician to deliver, install, integrate, and troubleshoot tech products. This role involves collaborating with Geek Squad Agents and retail teams to provide seamless customer experiences while managing inventory and vehicle maintenance.

The ideal candidate has experience with consumer electronics, a valid driver’s license, and the physical ability to lift and manage equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and manage up to 250 pounds with support.
• 6+ months of experience with consumer electronics.
• 6+ months of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless customer experience with product installation.
• Perform delivery, installation, and troubleshooting of electronics.
• Take lead on two-person jobs and manage inventory.
• Process paperwork and provide training feedback.
