Job summary

Best Buy is looking for an In-Home Installation Technician in West Nyack, NY. You will deliver, install, integrate, and troubleshoot a range of consumer electronics in customers’ homes, while diagnosing issues and shaping solutions based on conversations with clients.

You’ll collaborate with Geek Squad Agents and other teams to drive performance and meet Best Buy’s strategic initiatives. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and providing a seamless customer experience in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of consumer electronics delivery, installation, integration and troubleshooting experience.
• Must have 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless customer experience by advising and fulfilling on lifestyle recommendations regarding products and services.
• Provide fulfillment duties including delivery, installation, integration, networking and troubleshooting consumer electronics devices.
• Take the lead on two-person jobs and perform other work alone.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance, process paperwork and payment, provide feedback and training opportunities, and follow safety guidelines.
