Qualificações

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant customer service or sales experience.
• Clear communication and problem-solving abilities; explain product information clearly.
• Experience in call centers, sales, SAP, or building-products industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as key contact for consumers throughout their buying journey with consultative sales.
• Answer product and order questions, prepare quotations, and explain daylight/ventilation benefits.
• Support sales campaigns and new product launches; assist with basic technical questions; coordinate with other departments.
