Job summary

VELUX Belgium is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be a key contact for customers by phone and email, guiding them to the best product solutions and ensuring a standout customer experience around daylight and fresh air. You will liaise with dealers, installers and end users, building strong relationships while identifying commercial opportunities.

• Are fluent in French and Dutch, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Answering questions from our customers, dealers, installers and end users by phone and email
• Helping customers select the most suitable VELUX product for their needs
• Building positive relationships across the organisation to exchange information and follow up on customer requests
• Recognising commercial opportunities during customer interactions
• Understanding VELUX terms and conditions and communicating them clearly to customers
• Navigating systems and information tools to provide relevant and accurate information
