You’ll also support sales campaigns and new product launches, assist with basic technical questions, and work with other departments to resolve customer concerns and keep things moving. You communicate clearly, enjoy solving problems, and can explain product information in a way that makes sense to customers. You’re comfortable managing multiple inquiries, working with computer systems and Microsoft Office, and balancing customer needs with accuracy and timely follow-up. Experience in a call center, sales, SAP, or the building-products industry is a plus.
