Responsibilities

• Answer product and order questions, recommend suitable VELUX solutions, prepare quotations, and explain how daylight and ventilation affect homes.
• Support sales campaigns and new product launches; assist with basic technical questions; collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Turn every interaction into a trusted relationship and help customers find the right VELUX solution.
