Albertsons Companies is seeking a Home Shopping Department Manager to lead daily fulfillment operations and drive digital sales growth while maintaining exceptional customer service. You will manage order accuracy, timeliness, and team performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with store leaders to optimize inventory, train associates, and ensure adherence to food safety and company standards across all home shopping activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-volume fulfillment team.
• Strong customer-service mindset with excellent communication.
• Ability to coach and develop store associates.
• Proven ability to monitor metrics and drive improvements.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily Home Shopping operations ensuring timely, accurate fulfillment.
• Deliver a seamless pick-up and delivery experience while addressing customer concerns.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment processes including picking, staging, dispensing where applicable.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology and handheld devices.
• Monitor order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage schedules based on order volume and peak demand.
• Work with department leaders on inventory availability and out-of-stocks.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop associates to foster a positive team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
