Albertsons Companies seeks a Home Shopping Department Manager to lead daily fulfillment operations, ensure accurate and timely orders, and support strong customer satisfaction while driving digital sales growth in a fast-paced store environment.

You will hire, train, and develop Home Shopping associates, coordinate end-to-end fulfillment, and uphold food safety and company standards. Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Home Shopping or quick-fulfillment team.
• Strong customer-service mindset with ability to resolve issues.
• Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced operations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily Home Shopping operations and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Deliver a seamless pick-up and delivery experience while handling concerns.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment including picking, staging, and delivery (where applicable).
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize labor and productivity.
• Hire, train, and develop associates while maintaining safety standards.
