Qualifications

• Experience leading high‑volume home shopping or store fulfillment teams.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop associates while maintaining standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping operations and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment
• Deliver exceptional pick‑up/delivery experiences and resolve customer concerns
• Coordinate end‑to‑end fulfillment processes (picking, staging, dispensing, delivery coordination)
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping tech and systems
• Monitor KPIs: order accuracy, pick rates, on‑time completion, labor efficiency, satisfaction
• Create schedules aligned with volume and productivity
• Partner with leaders to address inventory and stock impacts on orders
• Hire, train, coach, and develop associates while promoting a positive culture
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and standards
