Albertsons Companies is seeking a Home Shopping Department Manager to lead daily fulfillment operations, ensuring accurate orders and outstanding customer service. The role drives digital sales growth and coordinates with store leadership to maintain high performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage scheduling, team development, and adherence to food safety and operational standards, while optimizing pick-up and delivery experiences for customers.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and customer focus.
• Ensure a smooth pick-up and delivery experience while addressing customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds professionally.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment processes including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks impacting orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards.
