Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping operations and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Deliver a best-in-class pick-up and delivery experience and resolve customer concerns.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment: picking, staging, dispensing, delivery coordination where applicable.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology and handheld devices.
