In a fast-paced, hands-on environment you will manage high-volume fulfillment, coach the team, monitor performance metrics, and partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and service standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail fulfillment or home shopping context.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to coach, train, and develop associates.
• Proven ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations and ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.
• Deliver an exceptional pick-up and delivery experience while handling substitutions and refunds professionally.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment processes including picking, staging, and delivery coordination.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor metrics such as order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, and labor efficiency.
• Create schedules aligned with order volume and productivity expectations.
• Partner with leaders to resolve inventory issues impacting orders.
• Hire, train, and develop associates while fostering a positive team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and standards.
