• Oversee daily Home Shopping operations, ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Deliver a positive pick‑up/delivery experience and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment (picking, staging, dispensing, delivery) and monitor KPIs.
