Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Home Shopping Department Manager in a store setting. You will lead daily fulfillment operations, ensure accurate and timely order completion, and drive customer satisfaction while growing digital sales.

This fast-paced, hands-on role requires strong leadership, coaching, and operational excellence to support a high-volume environment and a diverse team. You will manage scheduling, performance metrics, inventory coordination, and adherence to safety standards

Qualifications

Experience in retail or e-commerce Home Shopping operations.
Strong communication skills and leadership abilities.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments.
Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Deliver exceptional pickup and delivery experiences and resolve customer concerns.
Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment including picking, staging, dispensing and delivery coordination.
Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology and systems.
Monitor performance metrics and manage schedules to meet demand.
Hire, train, coach, and develop associates and foster a positive team culture.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality and standards.
