Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Home Shopping Department Manager to lead daily fulfillment operations, ensure accurate and timely order completion, and support strong customer satisfaction while driving digital sales growth.

You will manage a fast-paced, hands-on team, leverage Home Shopping technology and systems, and partner with department leaders to optimize inventory and service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading daily fulfillment operations in a retail or grocery setting.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to resolve issues professionally.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop associates, and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations, ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Deliver a best-in-class pick-up and delivery experience while addressing customer concerns.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable.
• Ensure effective use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, and labor efficiency.
