Orkin is recruiting a Home Services Inspector in the United States. You will perform comprehensive home inspections, identify pest threats, and provide tailored pest solutions. You will build trust with homeowners, present recommendations clearly, and advance opportunities through scheduled visits and follow-ups.

No prior industry experience is required as Orkin provides extensive training and equips you with the tools to succeed in a competitive sales-oriented role.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.
• We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Mansioni

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and beyond.
• Explain practical solutions and win customers with confidence and care.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in homes.
• Inspect interior and exterior of homes and address questions, setting expectations.
• Prepare sales agreements using company-provided tools and training.
