Job summary

Orkinis seeking Home Services Inspectors to perform thorough home inspections and provide strategic pest-control recommendations. You’ll use your sales acumen to present solutions, schedule appointments, and close deals with homeowners.

No industry experience is required as Orkin provides comprehensive training, a company vehicle, and a competitive pay structure with base plus commissions.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships ensuring homes and families are protected.
• Win over customers with confidence and care.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home.
• Make recommendations to customers addressing issues identified and address questions.
