Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Home Services Inspector in the United States. You will perform comprehensive inspections from attics to crawlspaces, recommend solutions, and build trust with homeowners.

No industry experience is required as Orkin provides award‑winning training and a clear growth path. Earn from $50,000 to $100,000 per year (base + commissions) with a company vehicle, iPhone/iPad, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win over customers
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads with a robust advertising budget
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in homes
• Inspect the interior and exterior of customer homes and explain processes
• Make recommendations based on inspection results and address questions
