Orkin is seeking Home Services Inspectors to perform comprehensive 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces, recommending tailored pest protection plans for homeowners. No prior industry experience is required as Orkin provides extensive training.

You’ll be part of a winning team, earning competitive base pay plus commissions, with additional benefits and opportunities for growth, recognized through rewards trips for top performers.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training is provided.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Must be able to work in the field independently and interact with customers.

Responsabilités

• Our sales pros earn top wages, recognition, and opportunities for annual awards trips.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the training to decide on the best pest solution for each situation.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads with a strong advertising budget for leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and explain findings and solutions.
• Make recommendations based on inspection results and address questions while setting expectations.
• Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company-provided iPad with training.
