Job summary

Orkin is hiring for a Home Services Inspector in the United States. You’ll earn a competitive base plus commissions, with high earning potential and performance-based rewards.

The role includes company-provided tools, a vehicle, and comprehensive benefits, with training to empower success and growth within a recession-resistant pest management industry. No prior experience is required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers
• We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with applicable laws

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to protect homes and families
• Listen to customer needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win trust
• Prospect new business and follow up on assigned leads with the advertising budget support
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with customers to explain products and services
• Inspect interiors and exteriors of homes, explaining processes and setting expectations
• Prepare sales agreements using company tools and close the sale
