Orkin is hiring Home Sales Inspectors in the United States. You will perform 360 home inspections from attics to crawlspaces, present pest-control options, and build trust with homeowners while following Orkin’s training and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver for customers by utilizing training to recommend pest solutions.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads with a robust advertising budget for leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and explain findings and solutions.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training provided.
